I am familiar with the key competition law guidelines for my operations. For example, I do not agree or discuss prices, customers or other Kesko trade secrets with Capse's competitors. In any event, I will not engage in any activity that has as its object or effect the restriction or prevention of effective and fair competition. I understand that, among other serious sanctions, the breach of competition law is particularly damaging to Capse's reputation.
As a partner of Capse, I follow good personal data processing and data protection practices as well as the legislation of each country. With the correct processing of personal data, I maintain customer trust and increase efficiency.
I plan the processing of personal data in advance. I only collect information in the personal register that is necessary for the purpose. I take care of the accuracy of the information in the personal register and that the processing of this information does not endanger the privacy of the data subject. I will inform data subjects about the register and that they have the right to check the information about themselves.
